Ο αγαπημένος μου φίλος και συνάδελφος στη σκηνή Παναγιώτης Μουζουράκης τα κατάφερε!!! Το πρώτο του cd single έχει ήδη κυκλοφορήσει με τίτλο “Το σαλάμι” και είναι ο προάγγελος του πολυαναμενόμενου προσωπικού του album με τίτλο “Μάντεψε Ποιος” που θα κυκλοφορήσει από τη ΛΥΡΑ τέλη Φεβρουαρίου!

It’s new, it’s better, it KICKS ASS! Mastodon, for all of you that don’t know them yet, have released their latest album called Blood Mountain on September 16th and it rocks SO hard… Great artwork, brilliant songs an overall success! Their passed releases include: Leviathan, Remission, Lifeblood, Call of the Mastodon, Reptilian 7″ and The Workhouse Chronicles DVD (of which I’m a proud owner, too!). I just had the chance to see the movie… Let me tell you, M. Night Shyamalan was and surely will be one of the directors I really appreciate. He had very very bad critics saying that he wasn’t good enough (probably because they couldn’t understand how brilliant he was) but he showed everybody wrong with this latest movie of his… You’ll say it’s a pure fairytale that he gave life to, but it’s more than that! It’s a bed-time story so elegantly put into our time and place, that it doesn’t feel strange at all. So, you got your new VAIO, you paid your 1000 odd euro or so and now it’s time for you to backup a movie from your collection… Of course you have a variety of programs that do that but, silly you, you like the AnyDVD version of that happening!

Yay! AnyDVD is now on your computer and READY TO ROLL!!! Settings are ok, folders are selected and you push the magic “Copy Movie” button… You say, hey… That’s gonna take a while, so you make yourself a nice coffee and hang around to see what’s goin’ on with that backup. All of a sudden the remaining time of the backup is rising and rising and rising but you think: “Neh, it’s just a glitch, it’s gonna come around”.

The thing is that, the remaining time is something you can’t stop… The rise kept on increasing in a weird satanic way with an actual trigonometrical progress!!! And all of a sudden, you see this on the AnyDVD window:

By the way, to whom it may concern, 1.213.131 minutes is approximately 2.3 years!… Hehe! Nice rippin’ man!!! Anyway, I try to abort the procedure once I’m not happy with the results and BAM! a new message…

Oh, no my dear AnyDVD, I didn’t mean it… I do still love you, but the thing is that you CAN’T BACKUP THIS MOVIE!!! I’m sorry to yell, but I’m not irrational, am I?

Well, to make a longer story short, me and Nick must have been laughing at the incident for over a half hour and when the “Really abort ripping?” showed up, it really cracked us up more to the limits of foolishness…

I just HAD to pay that tribute to that awesome program that never failed me before but the situation (and probably the DVD itself) made the 2-year ripping session possible!… This post is just an unfortunate event… No bad publicity is comin’ from this post right here… You’re feeling drowsy, subscribe to my blog, your eyes start to close, AnyDVD is GOOD, you’re feeling relaxed, AnyDVD is GREAT!, subscribe to my blog, you can only hear my voice, go buy it go buy it go buy it go bu……………
